4 Day Education For Life Seminar
Posted by Ralf Yoffe | Under Investing, Marketing, Strategies, U.S. Markets Friday Feb 29, 2008It’s nearly time for the 4 Day Education For Life Seminar with 21st Century Academy again. This time it’s on the Gold Coast and the line up consists of Jamie McIntyre and his many guest speakers. The cashflow strategies and financial intelligence that is taught is as always highly valued by the ones who are prepared to have an open mind.
Education For Life
I’m on the Gold Coast right now visiting a couple of the residing guest speakers. Their input next week at the Education For Life seminar will be great! One stock market investor has just taught me how to make so much return on my investment per month, I can’t mention it here as it would possibly get me into trouble (by the ones with closed minds). I look very much forward to the seminar as always. I look forward to meeting many of the new graduates there.

Posted by Ralf Yoffe | Under Company Profiles, Special Reports, Taxes Monday Feb 25, 2008I know, my husband is probably hunched over his PowerBook in disbelief (though probably also mumbling that Tocchet never won us a championship…) about Rick Tocchet.
As previously reported, former Philadelphia Flyers star Rick Tocchet has been charged with masterminding an elaborate and illegal gambling ring in New Jersey. The charges could have landed him in prison for up to ten years.
In a surprising move, despite his prior protestations of innocence, sources indicate that Tocchet will likely plead guilty today. A guilty plea will likely result in a reduced sentence.

Posted by Ralf Yoffe | Under Company Profiles, Currencies, Money Matters, Taxes Saturday Feb 23, 2008Apparently not.
It’s rare that I blog about client matters. I like to keep them private for a variety of reasons not the least of which are ethical considerations. But a recent client matter has me steamed. Really steamed. And it’s blog worthy. I’ll keep it generic.
Client had a tax matter that needed immediate attention. IRS Rep #1 advises me, quite candidly, that the current administration is leaning on the IRS to collect outstanding liabilities and despite earlier pledges of a “kinder, gentler IRS”, the marching orders are to take no prisoners, make no deals. Client submits offer with helpful suggestions from rep.

As part of that same conversation, I mentioned the trip I’m talking May 9 - 18 to the UK for a speaking gig and vacation with my son. I asked if she would be interested in filling as a guest writer on Successful-Blog.

Leveling Investment Risk With 21st Century Academy
Posted by Ralf Yoffe | Under Funds, Investing Monday Feb 18, 2008One of the important concepts taught by Jamie McIntyre and 21st Century Academy is how to manage risk in wealth creation. It’s an important lesson that Jamie McIntyre very purposefully included in his course.
Why Level Investment Risk
It is important to level out risk in wealth creation in order to create two things in your wealth creation program:
• Affordability of risk and
• Sustainability of wealth
If you cannot afford to lose the money you are investing in the big risks, you cannot take the big risks—or when you do, you stand to lose everything and repeatedly start back at square one.

Beat your energy bills - invest in gas
Posted by Ralf Yoffe | Under Commodities, Company Profiles, Economy & Government, Funds, General, Investing, Marketing, U.S. Markets Wednesday Feb 13, 2008This week it emerged that household gas bills could increase by more than £400 this year.
But investing experts believe the price of gas has further to go, so investing in a fund exposed to the commodity could make sense for those willing to take the risk.
Comparison site uSwitch believes that many households may need to prepare themselves for gas and electricity bills passing the £1,200 mark, following a previous price hike in January.
